Clearing Your Browser's Cache
Your internet browser's cache stores certain information about web pages you visit on your computer or mobile device so that they can load more quickly upon future visits. Occasionally, however your cache can prevent you from seeing updated content in OERCA, or cause functional problems when stored content conflicts with live content. These problems can often be fixed by simply clearing your cache.
OERCA recommends using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome as your default browser for running the OERCA application. This article will show you how to clear your cache using the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browser.
If you are unsure of what browser version you are currently using, you can visit whatbrowser.org to find out.
TIP: In some instances, you may simply just need to bypass a pages cache by holding the Ctrl key and pressing the F5 key on your keyboard. Depending on your browser, the exact keys may differ slightly. Click HERE for more detailed information about this simple trick.
NOTE: In rare occasions it may be necessary to empty your browser Cache and do a Hard Reload. The process for doing this is fairly simple. Click HERE for detailed instructions.
