OERCA's Morphometrics tool allows you to record and track various measurements of individual animals in your collection.

STEP-BY-STEP: How to Record Morphometrics

• Facility Management

To enter Animal Weights, follow these steps:

1. Hover over the "Animal " menu on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the "Morphometrics" sub-menu item.

NOTE:  Your menu items may differ depending on your Facility Type and Configuration. 

3. Date/Time:  This will always default to the current date/Time.  To change, click inside the field and select a different date/time.
4. Select the animal you are recording morphometrics for.
5. Comments:  Enter any necessary comments.
6. Enter measurement reading in corresponding field according to animal schematic.  This will differ depending the the species of animal selected.    
7. Click on the Submit button when finished.
