Summary
The Exhibit Menu on the left-hand Facility Navigator panel contains a variety of tools used to maintain your area/exhibits (habitats). This includes entering Environmental Results, viewing the Exhibit Dashboard and/or Activity page, applying Treatments, recording Maintenance and logging Notes about the exhibit. Below is a summary of each of these components.
Exhibit Menu → Environmental Results
The Environmental Results tool within the Exhibit Menu allows Users to record Environmental results for any configured test sites. Users can record results by selecting a single exhibit (By Exhibit tab) and enter all parameter values for that exhibit; or they can select a single parameter (By Parameter tab) and enter that parameter value for each test site. Exhibit Menu → Exhibit Dashboard
The Exhibit Dashboard tool within the Exhibit Menu allows Users to view basic summary information for a selected area/exhibit (habitat). This includes the current census (stock list), environmental results, nutritional data and additions/treatments associated with the selected area.

Exhibit Menu → Treatment
The Treatment tool within the Exhibit Menu lets Users record any treatments that are applied to an area/exhibit. In order to utilize this tool, you must first add/receive treatment inventory. Once treatment items are configured, Users can select the storage location and treatment item, and record the amount applied to the selected Area/Exhibit.
NOTE: The Date/Time field here will always default to the current date and time. You can change these by clicking inside the field and selecting a new date/time.
TIP: You can click on the "Show Recent Treatment" button to view the most recent treatments applied.
Exhibit Menu → Record Maintenance
The Record Maintenance tool within the Exhibit Menu lets Users record any maintenance items that have been performed. The completed activities list displayed here is configured at the Company Admin level (not Facility level).
NOTE: The Date/Time field here will always default to the current date and time. You can change these by clicking inside the field and selecting a new date/time. The End Date/Time field here is optional.
Exhibit Menu → Notebook
The Notebook tool within the Exhibit Menu lets Users record any miscellaneous notes they want to document about an area/exhibit.
