Reporting Environmental Test Results
OERCA has a specialized reporting and communication tool that was developed to customize environmental/water quality reports; and to also automate distribution of those custom reports to a defined email lists. This is done by creating a "Report Profile" that has a unique identifying name, a list of test sites and a list of parameters to report on.
STEP-BY-STEP: How to Configure Environmental/Water Quality Reports
Applies to:
- Facility Management permission group.
To create a custom environmental report for automatic distribution follow these steps:

Log into OERCA with a Facility Management member permission group. Click on the "Settings" icon.

Click on the "Communications" button.

Click on the "ENV Report Profiles".

Click the "Add" button inside the Report Profile Name window to launch a popup tool for creating your profile. Enter a name for your custom report profile and click the Submit button.

Select a report profile from the list in the Report Profile Name window; and then click on the "Manage" button inside the Test Sites window to open the configuration tool. Click on each test site you want included in the selected profile report (selected test sites will be highlighted in blue). Once all locations have been selected, click on the Submit button.

Click on the "Manage" button inside the "Report Parameters List" window to open the popup Parameter configuration tool (shown above). Select the parameters you want included in the report from the table on the left, and click the arrow (>) button to move selected item to the list on the right. You can reorganize this list by selecting a parameter and using the up/down arrows to change the order each parameter appears.

Click on the "Add" button to open the "Add Email" tool. Enter the name and email address of the individual you want added to the email distribution list and then click on the Submit button.

Configure the schedule you would like the report profile to be sent and press the "Apply" button. If you do not want emails to be automatically sent, deselect the "Active" checkbox.
