Environmental/Water Management - Overview
The Environmental/Water Management Module in OERCA organizes all tools related to environmental testing and water treatment into a single platform. The Environmental/Water Management Module includes tools such as equipment inventory, treatment/chemical inventory, applying treatments, manual entry configuration and more. This module will also allow for a Company to have the ability to expand environmental/water management to non-animal areas such as swimming pools and other water features like fountains or splash pads.
The Main Menu contains features that mostly facilitate data entry; while the Settings Menu (gear icon) contains configuration tools such as setting up test sites, configuring test parameters and assigning ranges.

Main Menu
Below is a summary of each feature within the Main Menu of the Water Management Module:

Manual Input & Upload Results: Allows for manual entry of water testing results and automatic upload of water quality results that have been exported from analysis equipment (e.g. HACH Analyzer, YSI probe, etc.). *Contact Support for help setting up your upload profiles.

Apply Treatment: Record any water treatments that have been administered or prescribed.

Chemical Inventory: Configure details of your water management chemical inventory.

Receive Inventory: Receive amounts of specific Chemical Inventory items into the system.

- Equipment Management: Configure your water management equipment lists.
- Calendar: Track and view events and schedules.

Documents (sub-menu; hover over Documents menu)
- Media & Documents: Upload and/or view and media (images, word documents, PDF files, etc.) that have been entered into the system.
- Custom Forms: Conduct any inspections that have been setup for your area or facility.

Document Organizer: Organize media and documents into folders for easy file organization.

Excel Exports: Export various forms of data into excel spreadsheets.
- Edit Center: Edit water testing results that have been entered.
Settings Menu
Below is a summary of each feature within the Settings Menu of the Water Management Module:

Facility Management: Create or edit Areas/Exhibits within your facility setup.

Communications Center: Setup OERCA communication alerts for all Users.

User Messaging: Create system messages that can viewed by Users when they log into OERCA.

User Activity: View User activity within the system.

WM Locations: Configure water testing location information; including specific test sites for Areas/Exhibits AND setting up test parameters with high/low ranges.

WM Aliases: Create alternate names (Aliases) for water testing locations to work in conjunction when uploading test results.
- Create/Edit Upload Profiles: Create your own profiles to allow for upload of water testing results exported from analyzers and/or probes.
- Maintenance Service Items: Create and/or edit Services associated with Equipment Management (e.g. "Routine Inspection", "Oil Change", "Backwash", etc.)
- Maintenance Vendors: Keep a tidy list of all Service and Maintenance Vendors or contractors that are used in tracking Equipment Management.
