Animal Registry
The Animal Welfare Apps' Animal Registry feature is your one-stop shop for adding new animals to the system as well as managing your ongoing census transactions. This feature allows you to add new collections, add new individuals and record transfers or reductions (e.g. mortalities) of your animal collection. Below is an overview of the Registry components and its key features.
Registry Components

Registry Button: To access the Registry component, click on the Registry button in the Navigator panel on the left.

Table Filter: You can filter your list view a variety of ways to show only the items you need to see. Select the desired filters you want and click on the "Apply Filter Choices" to modify the table view.

Print: Click the print icon to launch the Census Reports modal. This modal will give you a variety of reporting options to choose from.

Main Table: The main view table allows you to quickly review census information based on your selected filters. Clicking on any of the column headers will toggle the view and sort the list in ascending or descending order of that column category.

Add Individual: Click the plus icon to add an individual animal to your Facility.

Add Collection: Click the plus icon to add a collection of animals to your Facility.

Move/Reduce: Click the move/reduce icon to transfer or reduce census numbers.

Receive: The Receive tool allows you to receive animals much the same way as the "Add Individual" and "Add Collection" tool, but also records acclimation information related to environmental data.

Source Eval: The Source Evaluation tool lets the User evaluate the sources (or vendors) used to acquire animals.

Census Activity: The Census Activity log allows the User to review all census transactions that have been made.

Export Current View: Click here to export the current table view to an excel spreadsheet.

Walk Through: To engage some guided help for this feature, click on the "Show Me How" button.
