SUMMARY
Navigating to the "Environmental" tab within the Exhibit page allows Users to enter environmental results for configured test sites. The article below illustrates how results can be recorded.
NOTE: In order to record Environmental results, you must first configure Test Sites and assign parameters.
ENTERING RESULTS BY EXHIBIT

Click the "Environmental Results" button within the Exhibit menu from the Navigator panel on the left.
- Click the "By Exhibit" tab.
- Adjust date/time if necessary (value will default to current date/time).

Select the Test Site that you are recording results for.

Enter results for each Parameter you have data for. You are not required to enter results for every Parameter listed.

Click on the Submit button when finished..
Note: The Date and Time fields above the Test Site table will always default to the current date and time. These can be adjusted by clicking inside the field and selecting a different date/time.
Important: Be sure to Submit your results BEFORE moving to another test site. If you navigate to another test site without submitting your data, the results will not be recorded to the system.
ENTERING RESULTS BY PARAMETER
- Click the "Environmental Results" button within the Exhibit menu from the Navigator panel on the left.
- Click the "By Parameter" tab.
- Adjust date/time if necessary (value will default to current date/time).
- Select the Parameter that you are recording results for.

Enter results for each Test Site you have data for. You are not required to enter results for every Test Site listed.

Click on the Submit button when finished..
Note: The Date and Time fields above the Test Site table will always default to the current date and time. These can be adjusted by clicking inside the field and selecting a different date/time.
Important: If you are recording data for multiple parameters, you do NOT have to press submit when moving to a new Parameter. If you do click submit before moving to a new parameter, the results for each parameter will all appear on separate rows in the Environmental Report.
