Summary
OERCA's Animal Registry component allows Users to manage all activity related to census management. This includes the addition of individuals/collections, reductions, transfers and even editing profile details of animals received. This article will walk you through the process of editing profile information related to collections that were entered into OERCA.

TO EDIT A COLLECTION GROUP FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Click on the Registry button in the top navigation bar to open OERCA's Registry component.

Double click on the collection from within the area/exhibit you want to edit. This will open a profile card that will allow you to make changes to the information associated with that collection group.

The information inside the left panel applies to the species as a whole. Here you can determine if you want to track training (behavioral) data for that species when recording feed sessions; and also if you want that species to be designated as a colony.

The panel on the right will list each Collection Group for the selected species from within an area/exhibit. Each group is assigned its own OID (OERCA Identification) number which will track data associated with that particular group.

Double click the row of the Collection Group you want to edit.
TIP:
If you want to add a comment to a Collection Group, click on the speech bubble next to the OID number.

Make any edits to the available fields that are required.

Once all edits are complete, click on the green check mark to submit changes.
