OERCA's Census Activity Log
OERCA's Census Activity Log is a complete transactional history of census additions, reductions and transfers that have been recorded. Below is an overview of the Census Activity components and its key features.
Registry Components

Census Activity Button: To access the Census Activity log, click on the Census Activity button located along the bottom of the Animal Registry.

Table Filters: You can filter your list view a variety of ways to show only the transactions you need to see. Select the desired filters you want and click on the "Apply Filter Choices" to modify the table view.

Main View Table: The main view table allows you to quickly review transaction information based on your selected filters. Clicking on any of the column headers will toggle the view and sort the list in ascending or descending order of that column category.

Created: Date the record was created/recorded in the system

Transaction: Date the actual transaction occurred.

Genus species: Scientific name of specimen(s).

Common Name: Common name of specimen(s).

OID: OID # of specimen(s).

Activity: Icon indicates whether the transaction was an addition (plus sign), a reduction (minus sign) or a transfer (arrow).

MR: A check mark in this column indicates that a mortality report has been recorded for the transaction.

From: Exhibit/habitat the specimen was removed or transferred from.

To: Exhibit/habitat the specimen was added or transferred to.

By: User that recorded the transaction.

Back to Registry Arrow: Click the double left arrows along the left of the main view table to navigate back to the Animal Registry.

Edit: Click the Edit button to edit the selected transaction.

Mortality Report: Click the Mortality Report button to create a mortality report for the selected transaction record. A transaction must be a reduction (mortality) to produce a mortality report.

Acquisitions & Dispositions Detail: Click the Acquisitions & Dispositions Detail button to view a detailed view of all acquisitions, dispositions and mortalities for each species over a given date range.

Export Current View: Click the Export Current View button to export the current table view to an excel spreadsheet.
