Pharmacy Management
Managing Pharmacy Inventory can be a complex process; especially when one Company manages multiple Facilities with many Areas. OERCA provides a full suite of Pharmacy management and tracking tools. The following provides an overview of the Pharmacy Management workspace.

Pharmacy Access: To access the Pharmacy Management workspace, navigate to your Health Suite and click the "Pharmacy" tab.

Dropdown Search Filters: A series of dropdown search filters allow Users to quickly find the pharmacy items they are looking for. The dropdown filters are progressive and should be used starting at the left and moving right. Filter options include:

Active/Inactive status (default value will display all active pharmacy items);

Facility selection;

Inventory Category;

Inventory Type (includes General, Controlled and Secured);

The Progressive Search Bar allows users to search for specific pharmacy items, and the list will progressively filter as characters are keyed into the search field.

Facility Header: Each Facility is highlighted with a row header.

Inventory Item: The far left column will display the Name of the inventory item, as well as its Lot Number and Expiration Date.

Concentration: The second column will display the concentration of the inventory item.

Type/Mode: The third column will display the type/mode of the pharmacy item (e.g. capsule, tablet, liquid, etc.).

Count/Package: The fourth column will display number of units per package.

Inventory Category: The fifth column displays the Inventory Category.

Quantity on Hand: The sixth column displays the quantity on hand.

Inventory Type: The seventh column displays the Inventory Type.

New Item: Click the "New Item" button to add new pharmacy items to your Company stock.

Edit: Select an item from the Pharmacy list and click "Edit" to make modifications to stock items.

Transfer: Allows the User to move Pharmacy stock from one storage location to another.

Export/Print: Allows User to export Pharmacy view to excel spreadsheet or print stock list to PDF file.
