STEP-BY-STEP: How to record cooler and freezer temperatures

Temperature Logs is where daily temperature recordings are made on all refrigerators, cooler and freezers. Users can also record maintenance performed and issue work-order requests to in-house or third party vendors.
How to record temperatures:
- Open the Temperature Logs tool from the Main Menu.
- Select "Add a Record" from the bottom right of the dialog.
- Enter Date, Time and Location; then all relevant information required.
- Select "Submit" to save the record.
How to record maintenance performed:
- Repeat above steps.
- Click on the magnify icon .
- Check any maintenance items performed and select "Submit" to save the Maintenance dialog.
- Select "Submit" on the main Temperature Logs dialog.
How to request maintenance:
- During the temperature recording process, select the checkbox for "Maintenance Required."
- Add relevant notes regarding the maintenance request in the "Comments" section.
- Select "Submit" to save the record.
- Upon submission, "Follow Up Date" and "Followup Notes" fields will appear. These are used by internal maintenance personnel or third-party vendors to designate that Required Maintenance has been completed.
TIP: Users may also filter the Temperature Logs to view pending maintenance by selecting the "Show Pending Maintenance" button on the top left of the Temperature Logs dialog.
NOTE: If you have OERCA Temperature Sensors installed, temperatures are automatically added to the Temp Logs. Temperatures recorded by the sensors are designated with an asterisks (*Recorded by Sensor).
